Not sure what drypoint etching is, here is short explanation.
Drypoint etching is a printmaking technique in which an artist uses a sharp needle to scratch an image directly into a metal or plastic plate. The scratched lines create a raised burr that holds ink, producing rich, soft, and slightly fuzzy lines when printed onto paper. Unlike traditional etching, drypoint does not use acid to create the image.
